Sections 514, 87 and 88 of the Prevention Code (XLV of 1860), section 302 were charged with forfeiture of a bond for which the applicant stood as a guarantor, he was absent and was unable to appear before the court. The bail order was ordered as the accused was a police constable and the D-section PK bodyguard misused the privileges of bail and the applicant / bail, despite receiving several dates of hearing, was required to present the accused in court. I was unsuccessful who was absconding and was convicted. The bail was improperly bail. The bail against the petitioner's order / seizure filed by the applicant was rejected in the circumstances.
