Could not pass the order. In order to provide justice, the provincial police officer was not prohibited under the provisions of the Police Order 2002, the inquiry case can be re-investigated even after the challan has been submitted because the trial was not started and only the incomplete challan was submitted. Therefore, the order passed by the provincial police officer was not approved without any legal authority
