The Constitution42 Constitution Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) declares oral evidence of title proof, preferring more than documentary evidence, to the recent discovery of facts by the courts under the plaintiff claiming that it had made illegal possession. On the basis of which the suit was seized and the judgment record was dismissed by the trial court, claiming the entries in the Revenue Record controversial, but the appellate court allowed the appeal and the case was dismissed and the appellate court dismissed. The order passed by the High Court was retained by the High Court in the exercise of judicial jurisdiction. The following two courts were based on documentary evidence that is available on record. Both courts rightly stated that oral evidence that was contrary to documentary evidence could not be preferred over documentary evidence that favored only two entries in the tax record. The plaintiff was removed by the Revenue Authorities
