MUHAMMAD YOUNIS versus ABDUL GHAFFAR
Sections 10 and 25 of the Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), the Section 9 Permanent Transfer Deed, amended the jurisdiction of the Civil Court Sister, alleging that PTD was in fact a transfer of property left by his father. It failed to amend the PTD in the appeal and review suit in respect of the appeal and amendment to the sister PTD by inheritance, the suit was dismissed for the declaration of the relief, which was decided by the High Court. Up to this point, such orders were upheld in appeal and review without further challenge. Was finalized and the case could not be challenged before the civil court to reopen the case before the civil court, whose jurisdiction was withheld under the Homelessness (Compensation and Rehabilitation) Act 1958.
