At stake; hasty and ill-founded orders lead to misunderstandings of justice and should be avoided by the administration of justice and cannot be knocked out by orders that were not guaranteed under the law. The features of the Justice High Court cannot be obstructed while changing the request for review in the Constitution. The application, allowed and directed that the defendant be given another opportunity to present evidence
