Appeal before the Section 4 Service Tribunal No appeal can be filed before the Service Tribunal under Section 4 of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Service Tribunal Act, 1975, unless two conditions are met: first, the right of appeal The party benefiting from this should have benefited from departmental treatment. Second, after taking advantage of departmental treatment, the party should wait for a period of 90 days. If the benefit of the treatment is not taken within 90 days, the appeal of the service tribunal can be appealed within the next 30 days. If the procurement of the department was not taken advantage of, the appeal against the authority and the appeal was filed directly before the service tribunal was also not practicable as the appeal was a legal right which could be taken in a systematic manner. When a particular task was required to be performed in a particular way, this act must be performed accordingly. ? In this way or not at all
