GHULAM MUSTAFA versus THE STATE
Article 188 Supreme Court Rules, Order 1980, Order XXVI, R 6 Counsel wishing to review the request for leave of appeal did not argue for a leave of appeal which was rejected by an unclean order and it was discussed in this matter. Could not be allowed to do. In this case, the Supreme Court upheld the provisions of Order XXVI, R 6 of the Supreme Court Rules 1980, in which the lawyer argued that the request for leave appeal without proper legal justification was severely lacking. Softly denied, therefore, the matter cannot be allowed to be discussed because it could not be properly presented in the review petition which could only be with the permission of the court which was dismissed in the absence of exceptional circumstances. Accordingly, the review request was dismissed.
