Section 497 Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), Section 392/395/412/34 bail, bank manager's grant registered a case of bank robbery against the accused, during which the interrogators arrested Rs. 21,80,314 and the gunman. The Kalashnikov, motorcycle and jeep were recovered at the notice of the accused. The complainant / bank manager had no enmity with the accused. In his defense, the dispute raised by the accused was that no case was made against him under section 392/412. And since he was a practicing lawyer and was not a former criminal offender, but did not fall under Article 497, the CR PC prohibited clause, it was not possible at the stage of bail to deeply appreciate this evidence. Required that the invoice was already presented in court.
