Section 22A & 22B Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 Constitutional Petition Applying for Justice Complaint before Justice Complainant (applicant) filed before Justice of Peace under Sections 22A and 22B, CRPC. In which police officials alleged that raids on his house, abduction of women from the house and various articles including animals were seized. Police report revealed that the complainant had tried to avoid arrest of his son. The petition was filed before the Offense, which was the required Justice of the Peace in the robbery case. Regardless of the facts available on the record, the District Police Officer (DPO) was instructed to take appropriate action against the mismanaged police officers before the Police Office, before the justice of the complainant proved to be ridiculous. This was beyond the imagination of the police officers. While the raid operation could have taken domestic articles and animals, it seemed to be socially based, and it appears that she wanted to prevent police officers from arresting her son, who was wanted in the robbery case by the Justice of the Year. Pace did not examine the request and directed the District Police Officer (DPO). The order passed by the Justice of Peace in a mechanical manner was declared to have no legal effect and was set aside, and the petition filed by the complainant under sections 22A and 22B, CR P 0, was rejected. The constitutional application was dealt with accordingly
