The illegal cultivating authorities, in violation of the condition of the Section 10 Horse Breeding Scheme, imposed power on the Appellate High Court on such allegations, under the constitutional jurisdiction, instructing the Commissioner to file an appeal filed by the appellant. Decision within six months was not appealed to the Commissioner. So far, the High Court has expressed great concern that the appellate authority was directed to decide the appeal within six months in October, 1999, yet the proceedings in the appeal will be decided in the near future. Was hung without hope because it was just because of it. Current Appeal Case: The Supreme Court, before the Supreme Court, refused to record any information about the legal status or otherwise the order approved by the Collector because the appeal before the Appeal Forum is pending.
