Not infringed. No educational institution is prohibited from establishing and administering the institution of its choice. The right to establish an educational institution is not an absolute right and is subject to the law which can be made by the state in the interest of the common people. The company can establish, without any imagination, the conduct of a profession. The dispute was that if affiliation was denied by the university and the establishment of an educational institution would not be beneficial unless affiliated with, the degree of validity of the students for the purpose of honoring the university when an institution was affiliated with a university. When applying for affiliation, it is necessary to comply with the advice of those affiliated with the relevant university conditions.
