MUSLIM COMMERCIAL BANK LIMITED KARACHI versus ABDUL MAJEED MIRZA
Section 25 Limitation of Complaint Request The employee who was dismissed from the job filed a complaint notice and complaint application approximately eleven years after his dismissal, and no delay was paid for any such waiver. The justification was not made because the order of dismissal was illegal and invalid. Now, at the outset, it cannot be argued that the employment dispute itself was contradictory because on the one hand they said that the illegal order was taken. No restriction was imposed and on the other hand, they also filed a contempt petition. The delay was not even a matter of deciding the authenticity and ownership of an order approved by an employer if the employee is convinced that his order of dismissal is illegal. The same set should be kept, but as long as this order, too, was false, and the riots continued.
