Regulation 2 (8) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) The selection of the constitutional petition for the position of Senior Headmaster Policies of the Teachers Association, of which the applicant was the Vice Chairman, shall be issued to all District Education Provinces. Officers did not oppose. The applicant was alleged by the Public Service Commission that due to such departmental and policy bias, the District Education Officer (Co-opted Member Commission) did not bring any material on the applicant's record to justify it.
