Imported goods in containers were assumed to avoid paying duty and the government deprived customs duties and other taxes. Authorities seized the containers and the importers were given the option to contract. Importers clearly stated in the bar to be released after the payment or the container should be seized. They are not the questions that I wanted to deliver the container and the fines paid, the view of the importers, the authorities will be free to do what they like with containers and custody.
