Article 14 Sindh Local Government Election Rules, 2000, R16 (3) (ii) Eligibility for Candidates and Elected Candidates Declaration of Disqualified Candidates was a banned public servant and was not completed until six months before participating in the election material. As per the six month period under section 14 (g) of Sindh Local Government Ordinance, 2000, the day of determination for the candidate will be the day of nomination.
