MUHAMMAD SIDDIQUE versus LAHORE HIGH COURT, LAHORE
R24 High Court (Lahore) Rules and Orders, Volume Five, CHAP X Punjab Civil Servants Act (VIII of 1974), Section 2 (a) Punjab Service Tribunals Act (IX of 1974), Section 2 (b) Constitution of Pakistan (1973) )), Lahore High Court Arts 208 and 240 employees are not civil servants, High Court employees are not civil servants, Punjab Civil Servants Act 1974 as well as the provisions of Punjab Service Tribunals Act 1974 will not be addressed in these matters. The employees of the High Court were included in Chip X of the High Court (Lahore) under the High Court Establishment (Appointment and Terms of Service) Rules, 1964, R24. Under the Rules and Orders, Rule 24 (R 24 (Appointment and Terms of Service) Rules, 1964) of the High Court Establishment, it is appealed that the Administrative Judge shall have an appeal against the order of the Registrar as stated in Schedule II. It was said that the rules were the existing rules which were adopted by the management committee of the Lahore High Commission. Our appeal on 1 7 1964 is a fundamental right of an employee who constituted the Constitution and did not grant any rights which never existed to employees, in the present case, provided under the Establishment Rules. While dismissing the appeal, the service tribunal did not seek treatment from the service tribunal, in which case dismissing the appeal of the employees of the High Court, did not commit any illegal activity.
