MUHAMMAD TUFAIL versus THE STATE


Section 514 of the Prohibition Code (XLV of 1860), section 302/324/148/149 were charged with forfeiture of a bond for which the applicants were on bail, appearing at trial, but they were present. The guarantees were set aside and the applicants were relieved of their liability under guaranteed bonds.
