SHER BANO versus GOVERNMENT OF SINDH
Section 497 (5) of the Contempt of the Conduct (XLV of 1860), Section 302 bail, sought to reverse the order's cancellation on the basis that the defendant obtained the order by suppressing material facts and by misrepresentation. It was amended to guarantee the available order with the prosecution to attach the accused to the commission of the crime so that the bail given to the accused would be considered a security guarantee until the specified date of the accused. In the event where its influence ceases, the accused may approach the trial court for grant of bail if the bail is granted. If the application is submitted before the trial court, it will be strictly decided.
