Criminal Procedure Code (CRPC) Sections 200, 249A, 417, 435 and 439A Panel Code (XLV of 1860), Sections 337H (I), 337A (I), 337L (I) , 354, 148 and 149 were amended against the accused against whom the complainant filed a private complaint, he was acquitted, the complainant had filed Sections 3535 & 9439A, C.R. A review application was filed under the PC. The PC had filed a special leave application before the High Court, opting to tile a review petition in the Sessions Judge's court and after dismissing the said petition, he filed a review petition with the High Court. Was unable to maintain the application for review under section 9/7 (?), under section 9 treat9 (), but also CRP under CCPC section 17/17 ()). Was not enforceable, no request for leave to the CRPC to appeal the order, after the expiry of sixty days the order will be entertained while the High Court will entertain them. In the Wada case, a review of the bad order passed by the Sessions Judge was filed after more than ten months after the acquittal order.
