West Pakistan Power Wing Commercial and Revenue Officers Rules 1982 Appendix I Colonel 6 Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority Act (XXI of 1941), Section 17 Service Tribunals Act (LXX of 1973), Section 4 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 212 (3) The WAPDA Supreme Court had approved the appeal of the Employee Promotion Appeal to consider whether the employee's appeal was banned before the service tribunal. Whether the employee was entitled to claim progress in a particular grade and to a certain date, whether the employee was operating under Pakistan Power Wing Commercial and Revenue Officers Rules 1982 or some other rule. Was the note contained in Colonel 6 of Annex I of the Rules of Procedure, preventing the employee from leaving Grade 17 as Revenue Officer if he did not meet the conditions laid down in the Note and the employee? The development should have been as a Revenue Officer. He was ordered with the previous effect on 28 12 1986 in view of the seniority given to him.
