Sindh Rated Premises Ordinance 1979 Section 21 (1C) [whereby the Sindh Rented Premises (Amendment Ordinance (XIV of 2001) is amended]) the provisions of section 21 (1C) of the Ordinance, even though the directory of such provisions Or mandatory non-compliance is such an effect. The provisions of the Directory are in nature and are not compulsory; no penalty, adverse result, consequence or action has been provided against any party or action for non-compliance with the provisions of the letter and spirit of such provisions. The courts are expected to comply. Attempts to influence an agreement between the parties are such that unless the dispute is settled by law or the agreement is not settled, the conduct of the parties cannot be granted by the appellate court.
