NASIMA BEGUM versus GOVERNMENT OF SINDH
Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Article 199 and 45 Panel Code (XLV of 1860), Section 302/324/34 of the West Pakistan Arms Ordinance (XX of 1965), Section 13D Constitutional petition to halt execution of applicant's death till final decision is reached Prayer for his mercy is being heard by President Pakistan. The Supreme Court dismissed the petitioner's appeal against his conviction and conviction in exercise of his powers under Article 199 of the Constitution, in which the court could not sit on a temporary court decision. He was compromised with the deceased or paid any amount to the deceased's legal heirs or he was acquitted by the Judicial Magistrate in this case under Section 13D of the West Pakistan Arms Ordinance. The applicant was waived, could not claim a re-registration of 1965. In an important case, President Pakistan has already considered and dismissed a mercy petition filed by this petition to stop the execution of evidence and the death sentence. The High Court dismissed the constitutional petition.
