Section 148/149/396/353 Anti-Terrorism Act (XXVII of 1997), Section 7 Evidence Definition Identity Parade Trial Court denied evidence of witnesses by trial court on grounds of reason, cash from accused. The High Court did not consider the evidence of the recovery of the CBI because according to it, the notes of bribery of Pakistani currency notes of different sects were recovered from the accused but not in the FIR nor under 161 Cr. The witness testimony statements state that the money was in a bundle elsewhere, foreign currency was also recovered from the accused but this is not the case for the prosecution. It was reported that there was foreign exchange in the strong room and thus was robbed or the bank was dealing with foreign exchange. Recovery of the crime weapon supported the prosecution's case, reports the firearm expert. According to the court, the pistol was not found to be working while the court identified the accused before the trial. The High Court also refused to consider because the accused was appearing in the trial court on several dates before hearing witnesses' statements and it was very easy for prosecution witnesses to see and identify them earlier. He could not use the registration of other cases against the accused before the trial court as the accused had failed to prove his case beyond any doubt and the accused was tried and acquitted.
