In which only 64 Kanal of land was given ownership rights. The terms of the claim on the remaining land were rejected on 22 1 1971, that the land was being well irrigated and could not be transferred to more than 64 kanals under notification dated 22 1 1971. Thi and the allotment / respondent has been brought under cultivation of the respondents, therefore, the rest of the land over 64 kanals is entitled to allotment.
