MOULA BUX GELO versus THE STATE

An appeal has been filed under Section 17 (3) and Section 24 of the Constitution (XLV of 1860), Section 314/324/365/148/149 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Section 203 DD. The Crimes Against Property (Enforcement Hood) Ordinance, 1979, was also framed under the aforementioned section and the accused was prosecuted for the said offense and the outcome of the trial could not change the jurisdiction of the court, as mentioned above.
