The order of the Additional Deputy Commissioner was rejected, but the Board of Revenue put aside the orders passed by both forums below and restored the scheme approved by the Consolidation Officer. There was no appropriate forum for complaints against the allotment of land in the matter of constitutional stability. Orders issued by the Consolidation Authorities with regard to the constituent lands were not capable of inciting constitutional jurisdiction.
