Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979 Sections 16 (2) (1) and 2 (i) of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional application for payment of tenant's services / non-payment of arrears on charges of fitting. Ordinance Hiring Charges Leases related to fixtures and fittings attached to such fixtures and buildings were not prohibited as part of the rent in the tenant premises as explained in Section 2 (i) of the tenant's ordinance case It was held that the fixtures and fittings were not provided to him when the tenant refused to receive such rents for faulty and fitting. After the instruction given by the tenant, the signatures were signed by both parties which the tenant had neither mentioned nor submitted, nor did any misreading or reading of evidence or unwritten order.
