Was not an easy matter for the landlord and tenant relationship between the parties but it was owned by him. The dispute between the petitioner and the landlord in which the tenant had no concern for the rights of the minor, both. The claimants had a documentary proof case which is a serious matter, the petitioner Civil Upon the decision, the rent controller was entitled to interim relief from stay in proceedings. The High Court set aside the rent controller's order under which he withdrew before the rental controller to stop the proceedings and to stop the rent controller. Action denied.
