Section 2 evidence2 Appreciating the testimony The alleged injury was sufficient to cause death in the minor case. The direct injury was to the victim's chest. There was no question of advice. The dagger on which to register the crime weapon was recovered from the accused. Injuries were found and so was he. The accused prosecution had alleged that he had, without any doubt, proved the case and had no reason to make false allegations, because the trial court had already sentenced the accused to lesser conviction. The prosecution's indictment did not prove satisfactory. Retained the conviction and sentence passed against the accused and accordingly dismissed his appeal
