Regular inquiry was not made by the department authority, the applicant may plead that his sentence has been dismissed by the criminal court, the departmental authority. He was not eligible for removal / removal from the job where the department authority failed to conduct regular inquiries against a civil servant, so there was no basis for a civil servant to be subjected to misconduct and a court approved by the service tribunal. The decision was set aside. The Supreme Court directed the authorities to restore government employees to the job with the benefits of being laid back for a period where they were not employed in a profitable manner and an appeal was allowed.
