Section 426 (1AI, 497 (1), third and fourth provisions of the Criminal Code of Conduct (CRPC), such as the Code of Criminal Procedure (Amendment) Ordinance (LIV of 2001), Sections 2 and 3) Has been amended (Amendment Ordinance, 2001) in section 426, CRPC's nature of subsection (1A) and the third and fourth provisions of section 497 (1), section 2 of the Criminal Procedure Code Has been excluded by 3. The amendment ordinance is likely to apply in the Ordinance, 2001 and will not affect cases where applications have been filed under 5 497, CRPC or 426, CCPC and their case is currently under process. There was a delay when the said ordinance was enforced on principle. The amended ordinance with respect to the legitimate and legitimate expectation will not affect all those who were behind bars at the time of the announcement of the notification and their affairs did not proceed as there was no mistake on their part. They will even be eligible for this discount. Guarantee that was available under Sections 497 and 426, PCP prior to the issuance of the said Ordinance
