Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Article 199 Constitutional Jurisdiction The jurisdiction which is separate from the jurisdiction of the appeal is that after the Tribunal's order, there is no other way for the examiner to take advantage of the constitutional jurisdiction to decide disputed matters. Will not be required to sit as an appeal to the High Court. In fact, both in law and where the law considers termination of proceedings after an appeal or review decision, the High Court will not convert itself to further appeal if the law does not provide for it.
