There was no record on the shareholders' and insured's contents of the applicant company in compliance with section 5 (3) of the Insurance Ordinance 2000, and the registered branch of the applicant company under the provisions of Sections 284 to 287 of the Companies Ordinance 1984. The office had to be converted into a public company. Against the public interest or violation of any law, the High Court approved the arrangement scheme and the applicant company was incorporated as a public limited company as per law.
