Pakistan Penal Code Sections 302 and 365 of the Sindh Children Act (XII of 1955), Section 5, 68, 71, 72 (2) and joint trial against 81-year-old offender and major offender on children 17 and 14 years old. Sindh was in accordance with the provisions of the Children Act 1955 and should have a separate trial and the convictions were set aside, the case was remanded to the trial court which separated the children under the Sindh Children Act 1955.
