In the Pakistan Penal Code Sections / 34 & / & 34 & 3 353 / Q34 of the Qanun Shahadat (of 1984 of the), Article Ext37 Extra-judicial confession neither the names of the accused nor their properties were mentioned in the FIR. It was revealed that they were identified in the light of the vehicle and after they were not already known to the witnesses, the prosecution obliged them to take an identification test to link them to the commission of the crime. But in this case there was never an identity parade in which an extra-judicial confession was made because of the alleged joint. There was no legal value No crime was recovered from the scene of the incident; gun recovery was not important in the accused's presence. The accused were acquitted.
