MUHAMMAD IBRAHIM KHAN versus STATE
Code of Conduct 1908 was filed more than three months after the approval of the contempt of court decision of section 115 delimitation act (IX of 1908), section 5 amendment, delay limits, sentencing and to remove some office objections. The order review request was returned. Not immediately removed but after 21 days the petitioner's lawyer, although he had signed the petition for contempt of delay under section 5 of the Limitation Act 1908, failed to file his affidavit in support of it. And only the applicant's affidavit was filed while the delay was demonstrated. Each moment was delayed and inadvertently due to a personal problem with the applicant's lawyer, it was not satisfactorily explained that the amendment was rejected due to time constraints.
