MUHAMMAD IRSHAD versus THE STATE
The Additional Sessions Judge did not take the allegations of the transfer of petitions for revocation of the Sections 526 Penal Code (XLV of 1860), Section 365/457/427/506/452/147/148/149 bail. The request for an in-person waiver was permanently rejected to prevent such a request from being transferred in the future. It was enough to provide a solid basis for any suspicion maintained by the suspects, Syed said. The bail was earlier pending, and the result was transferred to the Sessions Judge's court to settle the Additional Sessions Judge in the interest of justice.
