Sections 21 and 29 of the Punjab Pre-Emission Act 1913 and the Special Relief Act (of 1877), section 42 suit for pre-emption derivatives disposal, were passed in favor of pre-emption, pre-emption diction challenged in this case. It was held that the anonymous plaintiff filed by the pre-emption suit pre-emptor is a party to the pre-notice and that they could not be declared invalid on the pre-notification notice of the case.
