Articles 403 and 561 of the Criminal Procedure Code (CRPC), A West Pakistan Arms Ordinance (XX of 1965), Section 13D is proceeding with a trial against an accused for a crime that has already been prosecuted. There was a hearing, after the trial, the accused could not go to trial. For the crime on which he had already been tried, he was convicted and sentenced, the accused was already convicted, further proceedings of the trial as a misuse of judicial proceedings. Judicial proceedings will be suspended before the trial.
