Sindh Rated Premises Ordinance 1979 Section 21 Limitation Act (IX of 1908), delay in the limitation of section 5 appeal, waiver of appeal which was to be filed within thirty days from the date of decision / order made by the controller of rent, The said period was filed after expiration. Due to the delay in the period, the appellant tried to apologize on account of his illness and the medical certificate issued by the private doctor was supported, but Section 5, the Limitation Act, controlled the rent. This certificate did not expire after the announcement of the delivery provision. In 1908, the petition for contempt of deferment, without qualification, was dismissed under the Sindh Rented Premise Ordinance, 1979.
