The complainant not only witnessed the injured eye but also injured persons during the incident, supported the prosecution's case in their statements under Section 161, the PC post-mortem report of the injured witnesses and the medical evidence of the injured witnesses. Reports further supported that the prosecution's version was sufficiently available on record to allege that the first clause contained in section 497 (1), the CRPC trial court, allowed the accused to be released on bail. Did not use my discretion. The accused was released on condition of anonymity
