MUHAMMAD ARSHAD versus THE STATE
The Criminal Code of Conduct (CR PC) changed the advance guarantee on the section 497 of the Conduct Code (XLV of 1860), Sections 337A, 337F (vi), 147, 148 and 149 to the upper part of the FIR. But the text of the FIR was to explain to the concerned police officer the same fact which could have given time to record the statement under section 154, CR PC but its statement under section 161, CCP. The case against the accused was silent on the issue was two versions and the accuracy of either version will finally be resolved. Further investigation is needed at the end of the trial of the accused. It was approved.
