Criminal Code of Conduct (CRPC) Section 497 Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), Section 302/34 bail, along with the accused along with the accused entered the home of the accused with deadly weapons and opened fire on the person killed. After the fatal injuries and a woman was injured, evacuations were recovered from the scene of the incident by all the witnesses of the incident in which the injured driver was specifically disclosed in the FIR. The bail was rejected. Of the other accused, FIR was not produced and no overt act was taken. The accused is in need of further inquiry; he was granted bail.
