Sections 161, 162 and 164 of the West Pakistan Land Revenue Act 1967 Appeal, Revision of Revenue Authorities Fourth to the Additional Commissioner (Revenue) in favor of the tenants in possession of the land in dispute with the Collector, in the discretion of duty. Repeated appeal filed. Despite taking time off and accepting any matter without delay, the occupying tenants filed a review against the Additional Commissioner's decision before the Member, Board of Revenue, which despite the ban on the appeals filed before the Additional Commissioner.
