Acquisition of West Pakistan Property (Residence of Government Officers) Preamble to the Ordinance 1963 Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitution Property was allotted under the Settlement Rules and the Dead Marshal Order of Permanent Transfer by the Martial Law Administrator Zone B No. 115 was issued. The constitutional application for the acquisition of the said property was filed to prove the authenticity of the acquisition of the property. The High Court had stated in the petition that the ordinance of the acquisition of West Pakistan (Residents of the Residents) was not qualified as a law in 1963, as it was approved for the purpose of acquiring the property of the same person and it was natural. As was not common, the ordinance was a legislative decision that was not allowed by the constitution to pass the legislature because it would have to cross a specific field. Judiciary
