Sections 491, 110 and 561 of the West Pakistan Maintenance of Public Order Ordinance (XXXI of 1960), Section 3 (1) of the Sindh Crimes Control Act (IV of 1975), Section 14 of the Corps Corps Petition Arrested FIRs to add him to any crime without any material against him, as he was arrested since his first arrest was periodically kept in various police stations. The officer said that no other crime / case required a ditino. Except in the case of the FIR in which the court had previously observed that detainment of deteno was illegal in this case and that Ditano was instructed to set free on personal bond.
