All drug testing laboratories established by the provincial governments are governed by Section 9 (c), 34 and 35 Criminal Code of Conduct (v. 1898), Section 558 of the Narcotic Substances Act 1997, under the Narcotics Testing Laboratories established by the provincial governments. And a meeting of 439 chemical inspectors was called. The laboratories for the purposes of the Narcotic Sub-Metals Act 1997 shall be considered by the Chemical Examiner's Official Notification Report submitted in this regard, therefore, the notification laboratory report considered under section 34 of the said Act. Similarly, the Chemical Examiner and the Assistant Chemical Examiner appointed therein shall be deemed to be a Government Analyst as the open order was dropped by the P Sessions Court regarding the submission of the Chemical Examiner's report pursuant to Section 35 of the Act. No need to ask for a Chemical, Inspector or Assistant Chemical Examiner
