MUHAMMAD IQBAL KHAN versus ZAWAR HUSSAIN, MEMBER, BOARD OF REVENUE, PUNJAB, LAHORE
West Pakistan Land Revenue Act 1967 Section 164 Land Reform Regulation, 1972 (MLR 115), para 25 (7) Failure to state the reasons for the failure of the Speaking Order Board of Revenue to appeal to the Board of Revenue The authority passed but the Board of Revenue, rejecting the decision of the Board of Regents in its amended jurisdiction, did not engage in oral evidence by approving the order, nor did such observations address itself to the revenue record. Accepted along with some lines of services and analogy. The revenue had to be considered on the record, but the verdict did not indicate that the imposing party was bringing the court to the verdict because he was entitled to know the reasons why his statement was brief. Was put in place and the decision did not meet the requirements of the law. Failure to meet the mind-set of lawsuits approved by the Board of Revenue was the result of misreading and non-reading. The case was re-sent to the Board of Revenue for judgment.
