Two civil suits related to the disputed property were decided against the complainant and their appeals are pending before the Appellate Court. The present case is a fully civil complaint under section 3 of the Unlawful Dispossession Act, 2005. Under the circumstances, the trial court rightly dismissed the complaint filed. The constitutional request by the complainant was dropped accordingly
