Sections 8, 10 and 17 of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 of the EQT Trust Properties (Management and Disposal) Act, 1973, calling for the eviction of a property as a trust property allotment, from the date of the target given under section 10. Previously, the cancellation of such allotment by the Evacuee Trust Properties (Management and Disposal) Act, 1975, was purchased by the controversial property Chela in her capacity and was not inherited as a religious student of the guru's chairman, Evacuee Trust Properties. The board dismissed the controversial property as a withdrawal trust. The original allotment was made prior to the date of the allotment of the allotment property allotment as provided under section 10 of the Evacuee Trust Properties (Management and Disposal) Act 1975, before the Chairman, no evidence was presented that this property was ever trust. Treated as property and the chairman failed to even consider the disputed property diversion, which was not entered as a trust property
